• Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to
prevent loss.
• Prepare and maintain employee attendance records and provide feedbacks to
employees on same.
• Manage spare parts sourcing, purchasing and stock controlling
• Work with suppliers, electronics brands to set up operations for contracted
services.
• Maintains a record of all tools and test equipment utilized and
ensure their availability.
• Supervising administrative functions to ensure
smooth operations
• Coordinating marketing plans and developing
promotions
• Assist in the organization of team meetings,
leading activities and delivering presentations
