1. Assisted the Project Coordinator in to accomplish the Natural Resources and environment Project such as; designing, developing as well as providing workshops and training programs.
2. Coordinated the action plan preparation of each division in the organization to run the project effectively.
3. Analyzed the implementation process through regular meetings with the relevant parties and preparing all material project activities such as preparing budget request, procurement request, accurately and effectively in order to support the achievement of organizational goals.
4. Conducted analysis and provide recommendations relating to the action plan of each project and ensure the successful schedule implementation. Developing efficient and effective administration system.
5. Provided organizational support to the projects undertaken by the team, if it is necessary.
6. Collaborations with the Government of Indonesia, especially with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and the Indonesian National Police.
