Human Resources
 Screening and interviews for all positions related to office. Conducts pre-employment tests and reference
checks. Contracting the employee and deal with the necessary approvals and visa from authorities.
 Maintaining personnel records of the employees.
 Managing and allotting all types of leaves to the employees in coordination with department heads.
 Creation and managing the payroll and end of service benefits on a monthly basis.
 Responsible for performance appraisal system for entire group of employees with the help from HOD.
 Advises management and employees on issues or problems relating to human resources.
Preparing final settlement for employees and handling the employee departure and do necessary clearances
for the employee.
 Talking to employees to boost up the relation with the company and raising the morale of the staff.
 Finding problems faced by employees and presenting to the management and getting those resolved.
 Updating and revising Job Descriptions for staff.
 Monitor HR/Admin KPIs and plan further development.
 Prepare and participate for ISO/QMS audit programs for HR Admin related affairs.
 Participate in Risk Register formation with ICD and further monitoring and development of the HR Admin
improvement plan.
 Prepare HR budget and review/monitor the same during the year.
Administration
 Coordinating and controlling PRO for Employment /Visit visas/Transit Visa from Dubai, KFN & Fujairah.
Coordinating with PRO and Admin Supervisor for attainment and renewal of Trade Licenses and keeping
track of the same.
 Arranging Power of attorney and other type of any Arabic/English letter as per the requirement of the
CEO/MD and change of authorized signatories at times required coordinating with Legal & PRO.
 Arranging the medical, WC, and all type of insurances renewal.
 Perform Admin service duties additionally when HR & Admin Assistant goes on leave.
 Arranging visa for business travel for the MD/CEO/Employees travelling for business purpose
