Job Description
* Visiting the consulting, main contractors offices and end users (clients). Submitting
prequalification documents, getting all information (data) of ongoing projects and attending
walk in customers.
* Calculating Heating/Cooling load required for the project to be quoted.
* Preparing complete HVAC design. Leading drafting department.
* Preparing Estimation and Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
* Submitting quotations, follow-up, finalizing quotation, Preparing and signing Contracts.
* Co-ordinating with Accounts, Drafting, and Execution Departments.
* Approving requested material for the projects.
* Reviewing and checking the as built HVAC Layout plans.

I joined as a Mechanical Estimation Engineer in 1992 worked for one year

Erection and Maintenance of all Rotating Equipment like pumps, Compressor, Blowers, fans,
Spinning Machines, Moulds & Tools etc.
Independently handling a team of supervisors and skilled /semi skilled fitters, getting rectification work
done of moulds, tools, spinning machines rotating machines and fabrication work.
Planning Scheduling of all Machines and tools. Maintenance of refrigeration chilling plants and also
central A/c Plant work. Looking after erection of compressors, condensers, cooling coils etc
Inspection of all parts of centrifugal Pumps like casing, impellers, Shafts Bearing housing, coupling
flanges etc. Hydraulic test of volute and vortex casings and dynamic balancing of open, semi open
and closed types of impellers. Planning scheduling of raw materials and finished products. Alignment
