Currently Working as Technical PROJECT MANAGER (Mechanical) Almarai Company to provide Front End Engineering Design support and Project Delivery Management for Brown & Green Field Projects to support all Portfolio Managers (Dairy, Juice, Bakery, Poultry, IPNC & Other businesses).
Project Manager:
I worked to manage Initialization phase of new vertically integrated Aquaculture (onshore facilities: Feed mill, Hatchery, Processing & offshore farming) Businesses & Hydroponics. Including Front End Engineering Design works & Cost Estimates & Cash flows, Project Schedules. Project was worth 750 MM SAR as planned budget.
Project Manager:
Brown Field Project: Bake Roll & Pizzetti snacks production line: 20 tons/hr worth 115 MM SAR.

Green Field Project: Hail Bakery Plant 7

Managed delivery of a Regional Bakery Plant - 4 Process lines, (39, 000m² area); the above is inclusive of Central Utility Building, MEP Works, Fire & Water Tanks, Trade Waste, Foul Lifting stations & LPG Storage Tanks and gas supply & accommodation facility
Core Responsibilities:
My main role is to manage the operations division’s projects ensuring compliance with Almarai’s objectives and strategy, plan, implement and document the execution of specific projects ensuring optimal conditions and building within laid down specification, approved drawings and within approved capital expenditures and provide special engineering skills and services to the Projects
Developed and executed projects to achieve agreed functional outcomes.
Managed the projects group H&S activities in accordance with Almarai’s policy.
Managed consultants, suppliers, contractors and internal customers to ensure objectives are met.
Co-ordinate project activities in accordance with Almarai’s Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures and International Engineering Specifications.
Special Projects:
Carried out 4x Engineering Due Diligence for New Businesses planned acquisitions, as active Technical member (Mech).
Responsible as Lead Engineer Projects (Industrial Services) in Project Engineering Department for Brown Field factory and worked for Projects Engineering Department, also worked as Pakistan Market Water Management Expert and leading team member for factory Energy Target Settings (ETS).
Responsible for developing and establishing complete Plant Utilities for a Green Field Grass Root Integrated Rice Processing Complex. The complex is the largest Rice Processing Facility in Pakistan.
Prime responsibility of all contracting, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
Responsible for the major capital works included a New state of the art Denim Weaving Unit, Debottlenecking of Garments Unit, a New Spinning Unit, Power & Steam Generating Plant and infrastructure facilities.
Responsible for the Key Projects Delivery of Diesel Generators Sales, Liaison with Manufacturing division, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning for NOKIA & MOTOROLA regional tower sites.
Three weeks internship at the plant, working in Body Shop, Paint Shop and Assembly Shop. I also worked at assigned project of the Lubrication Oil Cooler.
Three weeks internship at the oil refinery .I worked at Pumps, Compressors, Heat Exchangers and Boilers in the Plant Maintenance Department.
Three weeks internship in Maintenance Department of 135 MW Power Plant.
