I am a trained HR Professional with experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and Payroll Management.
I am also working as a Talent Manager, looking into HR Analytics, understanding the requirements of the business and aligning the KPIs in sync with the objectives of the business.
I also manage the Engagement and culture development of the organisation by enhancing the working environment of the employees by creating open communication measures, connecting and engagement activities.
I was an overall top performer in my business school, where I excelled in both academics and extracurricular activities. I've won two inter-college and two inter-college competitions. Apart from contributing in the individual level, I also worked as a team member among various activities, projects and tasks as part of our mandatory college skill enhancement programs. I was in good books of every faculty, corporate trainer and placement cell and got appreciations for my nature and dedication to work around the year.
