KPIs scorecard monitoring & reporting of sales (BDM) & operations
function.
- Analyzing of OPEX activities.Product costing, pricing based on CM & NP
analysis country wise for B2B & B2C.
- Suggesting Price planning with ongoing promotion schemes, price Quote &
negotiation to all BDM/International customers.
- Daily Sales/Monthly review circulation.
- Actively monitor, analyze, and report on the sales pipeline, forecast
preparation at SKU level.
- Target Planning BDM/country wise for Domestic/international sales.
- For New Product induction collaborate with marketing, Sales, Technical,
planning & production teams.
- Working closely with Sales Operations team to resolve customer queries.
- Work on special projects, as assigned by the CEO & GM Sales.
- Preparing Monthly/Quarterly sales review presentation for CEO & GM.

- Work on New Field Force & Sales Reporting System project WISE as a
Project Specialist.
- Data gathering, integration, documentation of Project Proposal and Project
management activities.
- Coordinating with technical and business team for developments of New
Field force Sales system.
- Circulating Daily Sales Tracking Report from National to Regional Level to
top management.

- Worked on the secondary sales project which would ensure smooth and
timely delivery of sales reports along with force on their performance
deployment.
- Lead implementation of projects to end user & testing phases of new
versions of IJSFA & Oracle, QilkView BI coordinating with all the
distributors’ outlets regarding the entire organization sales.
- Work as HUB between Business Team (Pakistan) and Technical Teams
locally and globally for improving in Field Force Activity System & Sales
reporting system.
- Data Validation & Mapping between Bag Report- IMS Bricks mapping with
IJSFA Bricks.
- Facilitating Auditors on Field Force & Marketing Data IJSFA/Insight related
queries & Incentive Audit of the Field Force.
- Data purification of Contact Universe & Target List for assigned responsible
teams to ensure the quality data for KPIs for GSK Pakistan.
- Key value driver for development of SFE/KPIs Reports, taking initiative by
creating new Ideas in SFE reports for entire Field Force and higher
management.
- Providing Training to New Field Force & Management Employees regarding
IJSFA/Insight System.

Design & implement most comprehensive performance summary of Field
Force activities for entire Field Force of GSK Pakistan & for top level
management at LOC level by utilizing Business rationales, KPIs of GSK
Pakistan, approximately 950 users are using this Dashboard for their
analysis.
