Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and support to key accounts. Conduct regular business reviews with clients, discussing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans to address any issues. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the management team. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
