 Budgeting, Planning and Managing Barclays Debit Card portfolio covering Financial Feasibility, Marketing plans, Spend Campaigns and product management.
 Budgeting, Planning and Managing Barclays ATM Network (Deposit & Withdrawal both) covering it outsourcing transaction processing & ATM monitoring, Financial Feasibility, Product offering at ATM, Marketing plans and product management.
 Managing business relationship with

 Budgeting, Planning and Managing Barclays Retail Internet Banking propositions covering Gap Analysis, Financial Feasibility, UAT, Marketing plans & strategy and product management.
 Budgeting, Planning and Managing Barclays Debit Card portfolio covering Financial Feasibility, Marketing plans, Spend Campaigns and product management.
 Budgeting, Planning and Managing Barclays ATM Network (Deposit & Withdrawal both) covering it outsourcing transaction processing & ATM monitoring, Financial Feasibility, Product offering at ATM, Marketing plans and product management.
 In-House Card personalization projects to reduce cost and turn around time making Barclays Pakistan the 1st country in the region (Barclays Network) acquiring this solution.
 Coordination with vendors i.e. 1 Link, VISA, Euronet & iFlex for product launching and smooth operations of E Channel products.


Key Achievements
- Launch of Barclays Premier (Platinum) and Classic Debit Cards under VISA CEMEA plate form.
- Migration to PCI-DSS compliant plate form in Jun 2011 for Debit Card and ATM.
- Launch of Retail Internet Banking and penetration increased to 15 % in 6 months and current penetration reaching 25%.
- Cash and cheque deposit facility at Barclays ATM network for Barclays and non Barclays customers.
- In House Debit Card Personalization Project.
