Specific Responsibilities include:
Bancassurance Product Management including business plans, forecasting & budgeting, sales targets & incentives, monitoring & motivation, planning sales contest & campaigns management to achieve budgeted numbers.

Budgeting, Planning and Managing Barclays Debit Card portfolio covering Financial Feasibility, Marketing plans, Spend Campaigns and product management.
Budgeting, Planning and Managing Barclays ATM Network (Deposit & Withdrawal both) covering it outsourcing transaction processing & ATM monitoring, Financial Feasibility, Product offering at ATM, Marketing plans and product management.

Budgeting, Planning and Managing Barclays Debit Card portfolio covering Financial Feasibility, Marketing plans, Spend Campaigns and product management.

- Launch of Barclays Premier (Platinum) and Classic Debit Cards under VISA CEMEA plate form.
- Migration to PCI-DSS compliant plate form in Jun 2011 for Debit Card and ATM.
- Launch of Retail Internet Banking and penetration increased to 15 % in 6 months and current penetration reaching 25%.
- Cash and cheque deposit facility at Barclays ATM network for Barclays and non Barclays customers.
- In House Debit Card Personalization Project.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Launching of PIL and Mortgage as a key Retail Asset Business team member.
Developing the proposition of Auto Financing for Barclays PLC.
Ensure successful system modification and implementation of front end as well as banking systems for Retail Assets according to business requirements and propositions.
