* Execution of work as per the drawings with quality and client satisfaction.
* Ensuring the safe work place during the execution.
* Responsible for monitoring the progress of work within the team.
* Monitoring the daily progress of work as per the planed program.
* Responsible for labor mobilization to the site.
* Assessing quantities from Drawing/Specifications.
* Communicating all necessary information from the senior staff to junior staff.
* Supervise Subcontractors and approve invoices.
* Responsible for maintaining overall quality of a construction project and ensure the work is
done as per standard construction procedure.
* Responsible to report timely to the project manager about project progress.
* Responsible for briefly describe about the project to client when they visit the project and
fulfill client’s query.
* Supervision for finishing Work (Block Work, Plaster, flooring).
* Inspect and monitor progress at construction site.
* Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
* Assign responsibilities and job description to the site Foreman.
* Participate in regular project progress meetings.
* Acts as the company representative to ensure that the work on site is moving smoothly and
according to the project schedule.
* Communicate any problems on site with Project Manager, and solve the problem on site.
* Work progress monitoring and site co-ordination to complete the project in scheduled time.
