• Lead, Manage and Maintain IT infrastructure aimed at enhancing business efficiency
• Managing and lead team for running successful IT operations, infrastructure strategies
• Understanding business requirements of customers & translating them to specific software requirements and planned & developed feasibility study, requirements and risk analysis
• Database management, optimization, backup and recovery
• Installation, configuration, & maintenance of Windows & Linux Server, Domain Controller, Active Directory, Exchange & Proxy Server, Project Management & Collaboration Suites
• Responsible for managing & maintaining multi-disciplinary projects and highly involved in planning and monitoring of multiple resources along with security and disaster recovery projects
• Involved with the planning, controlling and monitoring, and also managing & directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives
• Responsible for delivering projects within scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk
• Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain & upgrade web projects and assists other team members and also provide database administration
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
• To produce system & user documentation during the development of systems
• Test, debug and document software developed both internally and externally
• Core reponsibity is to develop MIS System of HSBC
• Assisting in the investigation of client needs, requirements and specifications
