Responsibilities:
• Effectively lead project teams and manage a wide
range of projects, defining project objectives,
requirements, & assumptions.
• Manage creative process and overall
implementation of client projects and launch of new
brands, from concept to completion.
• Liaise with Engagement Managers & cross-
functional internal teams to ensure the timely and
successful delivery of creative solutions according
to business needs.
• Developing a detailed project plans including
timelines, resources, risk management.
• Leading & motivating to gain project goals.
• Managing contracts with multiple vendors &
freelancers & ensuring the project documentation
processes.
Responsibilities:
• Set up & manage all marketing tracking tags,
trafficking of all projects in studio & outsourced
including management of production schedules
and traffic reports.
• Make sure all projects are up to date and that
deadlines are met, make sure projects are
properly tracked and all the requirements are
met within the designated time frame.
• Sourcing production elements, set up daily status
reports & keep production schedule up to date.
Responsibilities:
• Dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery
vehicles.
Dispatching complex and oversized goods to national
& international destinations.
• Ensuring company compliance of all transport
policies, legislation & procedures.
• Monitoring financial systems, updating any c
changes and documented disbursed amount accurately.
• Creating reports regarding analyzing all
receivables to ensure accurate receipt of
payments.
• Providing assistance & overseeing the company's
entire electronic billing team.
• Auditing Accounts Receivables for collections.
• Daily responsibilities included communicating
with driver check in, verifying drivers logs, &
receiving pods & bills from drivers.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
Responsibilities:
• Providing “real time” quotations of shares, bonds and mutual
funds to the clientele.
• Booking and placing clients’ orders.
• Maintaining clients’ shares and investment portfolios.
• Emailing & printing trading summaries, account
balances & the ranking of clients.
• Investing products on their respective indexes.
• Making research and finding information about
the market in domestic and foreign equities,
government stocks & securities.
• Providing accurate financial information on fixed
income, equity, option, and mutual funds.
• Providing excellent services to the clients to
increase & maintain client patronage.
