➢ Managed transition planning and successful implementation of One SAP first deployment group including (Australia, NZ, Fiji, Samoa, SitCo, PNG, Tonga and SI)
➢ Developed detailed Ramp Down and Ramp Up Transition work plans from day by day to hour by hour
➢ Developed cut over plans for technical implementation including freeze periods, system outages, interfaces external and internal communication
➢ Developed contingency plans to support business operation’s / manual work during cut over period and Go Live
➢ Run functional and cross functional workshops with end markets (AUS/NZ & South Pac) and Globe (London, Malaysia and Singapore)
➢ Developed detailed material for customer change impacts and communication channels to ensure all the issues are addressed for Ramp Down cutover and Go live Ramp Up
