8-Revamp of Existing Acid Gas Recovery Plant and Implementation of New
AGRP at MAA Refinery:
An EPC Contract worth around US$ 750 Million which was terminated with an
international contractor and now under litigation at Kuwait Courts. The Balance works
are under execution by a Local EPC Contractor on cost re-imbursable basis.
9-Implementation of KBR Recommendations & High Integrity Pressure
Protection System (HIPPS) in Gas Plant Units in Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery:
An EPC Contract re-tendered twice & now cancelled. The Contract value was around
US$ 110 million.
10- Upgradation of Metering/Custody Transfer Facilities in all 3 Refineries, Local
Marketing Depots and Gas Trains:
An EPC Contract in the FEED completion phase ready for tendering. The Contract value
is estimated to be US$ 600 Million.
Administered multiple Work Orders for Revamp / Modernisation projects within MAA
Refinery under the Standy-by Contract (Unit Rate Contract) for Procurement &
Construction with a Local

Worked in the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) Warehouse Team to study the existing
Warehousing facilities and to conceptualize projects / contracts for the development of
the KOC

Worked with the Contracts and Tendering department, dealing in estimation, costing,
tendering, proposal preparation and negotiations for various contracts in Oil & Gas sector
mainly KNPC and KOC. Responsible for proper execution of contracts according to
contractual terms and conditions.
