Main Activities:
• Contribute to achieving department sales target (Volume, Value).
• Visit customers as per the planned Market Visit schedule.
• Maintain customer’s contacts, product price list, visit overview, history and feedback.
• Maintain the daily follow up on daily Orders, Invoicing and Delivery.
• Follow up on shelf space, secondary display, merchandising and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on Promotion and In-store Activities.
• Negotiate investments with the customers and ensure maximum ROI.
• Provide regular written Daily/ Weekly reports and feedbacks on companies report template to manager.

Manage Rout Plan
Daily Market Visit
Display of Rainbow Products according to Plano gram
Manage Promotions Display
Availability of stock
Monitoring expiry and waste items
Manage Deliveries
Making Daily Merchandising Report and Report to RSM & NSM.
Making Weekly Competitors Activities Report and Report to RSM.

Daily sales collection
Daily check for shop and staff hygiene
Display of items
Availability of stock

Making PO (purchase order) for the shops

Handling Daily, weekly and Monthly Inventory
Making spot check for some items to get the actual inventory
