Review ITP, procedures & any other document referred by the applicable specs.
Perform Material Receiving inspection for Pipes, Fittings, valves verification & visual inspection including material traceability in compliance to project specifications and codes/standards.
To observe and monitor the implementation of inspection and test plan with regards to Piping related activities in fabrication shops.
Ensuring proper Cutting and Marking of Piping components as per approved drawings.
Inspect the Bevel angle, bevel face and check the dimensions according to the Drawing.
Fit-Up Inspection of Piping according to the WPS and Fabrication Control procedure.
Ensuring correct Assembly / Installation as per approved drawings and procedures.
Final checking of dimension for release.
Piping system internal cleanliness verification.
Valve Installation Inspection.
Dimensional inspection of steel structural supports for piping as per drawing before release to painting.
Preparation of QA/QC dossier and submission to client.
Punch listing prior to hydrostatic testing.
Coordination with client for the review of piping test packs and witness of hydro testing.
Witness Piping layup after hydro testing.
Closing of punch lists categorized as B & C.
Reinstatement the loops after H.T. and prepare for pre commissioning.
Issuance of Non Conformance to those works not following client Specifications/standards.
Storage handling and preservation of Project materials.
Making sure that all activities are done in accordance with standard codes of practice, drawings, applicable job specifications, Quality control procedures (QCP) and Inspection and Test plan (ITP) at the job site.
Review all documents of material for Pipeline and Equipment as per Saudi Aramco Standards and Checklists
Performing Inspection of material for visible damages per specification (size, heat no, marking) mill certificates, packing list material identification and traceability.
Clearing of punch list and inspection release note.
Preparation and Client Approval of Hydro Test Packages.
Co-ordinate with construction, testing group and preparation of the requirements of each test pack. Hydro testing and facilitate close out of any outstanding punch items before and after Hydro test.
Witness of pressure test (i.e. Hydrostatic / Pneumatic) along with the client by checking the Calibration Certificates of Pressure Gauges & PSV’s, test certificates of manifold assembly, lab test reports for water per Saudi Aramco specifications as per test packages.
Issuance and monitoring of non-conformity as observed during working.
Fabrication / Erection Projects:
•Pressure vessel (Static Equipment’s) & Piping fabrication stage and final Inspection at Descon Engineering Workshop Lahore.
•Pressure vessel (Static Equipment’s) & Piping fabrication stage and final Inspection at International Fabrication Workshop Company.
•Pressure vessel (Static Equipment’s) & Piping fabrication stage and final Inspection at IKAN Engineering Workshop Lahore.
•Pressure vessel (Static Equipment’s) & Piping fabrication stage and final Inspection at Fabcon Engineering Workshop Lahore.
•Pressure vessel (Static Equipment’s) & Piping fabrication stage and final Inspection at Ravi Green Workshop Lahore.
•Static Equipment Material Receiving, Pre-Installation, Installation Inspection at British High Commission Islamabad.

Brief Description of Responsibilities:
•Review all documents of material for pressure vessels and piping.
•Performing Inspection for pressure vessel, piping material for visible damages per specification (size, heat no, marking) mill certificates, packing list material identification and traceability.
•Performing Inspection of material Receiving of Static Equipment’s (Pressure Vessel, Boilers).
•Pre-Installation, Installation and Alignment Inspections of Static Equipment’s.
•Verify heat number, inspection during fabrication such as edge preparation, fit-up, branch connections of Pressure vessels and Piping.
•Review of Pressure Test packages of Pressure vessels and Piping including all necessary documents (i.e. weld summary reports, NDT reports.
•Witness of pressure test (i.e. Hydrostatic / Pneumatic) of Pressure Vessels during fabrication and piping during erection by checking the Calibration Certificates of Pressure Gauges & PSV’s, test certificates of manifold assembly, lab test reports for water per specifications as per test packages.
•Review the complete Dossier of Pressure Vessels and Piping.
•Issuance and monitoring of non-conformity as observed during working.
