• Preparation of Bank Payment/Cash Payment/Cash Receipt Voucher
• Supervising and ensuring smooth flow of payments to the parties
• Reconcile the debtors’ and parking ledgers monthly to ensure they are accurate and fully updated.
• Disbursement of Salaries & Wages
• Liaison with staff and councillors on all payroll matters.
• Checking of Bank/cash Payment Vouchers
• Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information
• Checking of Cash Receivable Vouchers
• Prepatation of Cash Book on Daily basis
• Closing & Checking Of Cheque Books & Cash Book
• Keeping record of Payments and Receipts
• Dealing with Banks, Bank Reconciliation.
• Other duties, consistent with the role, as required from time to time by Manager and CEO.
