In March 2011 I have been ofered by UMA to join the organization again as Branch Head for their Lahore region, which I accepted and served for the company for 06 years as Branch Manager, Lahore. Where I professionally led, handled and managed all Branch ofice activities covering the region of Lahore, Sialkot, Gujrat and Gujranwala. The region had meticulously performed in all functions i.e. Branch Administration, Sales & Marketing, Documentation, Customer Services and Accounts during this period.
As an accreditation of management & leadership skills, proficiency in handling all shipping matters and maintaining high working standards in all areas at Lahore region, management had ofered me to join Head Ofice, Karachi with the promotion to serve as General Manager, Import & Export CSFC - Documentation.
responsible for the overall operations of the company, implemented quality operations procedures for all functions and introduced better controls to bring cost eficiency and enhance profitability. Also developed import section for the furniture import from China and Korea for the supply at interior projects.
Attained position of Director Operations in year 2010, responsible for dealings with the senior management of clients who are major multinational and national companies. Ensure efective communication, contract review for the new projects, eficient
procurement plans in liaison with project managers, regular check on project activities to meet time lines and keep endeavoring for business development to explore new projects.
During three years at Bestow Interiors we had done interior construction, finishing and furnishing of various projects, few of them are;
Expo Centre Lahore, CMPak - Zong H.O Islamabad, Regional ofice Lahore, four zonal ofices and 28 franchises, Alcatel-Lucent HO Islamabad, Schlumberger Islamabad, NSN Islamabad, Dunya TV Studio Lahore, PIFD furniture, Mall of Lahore - Park Lane, Cisco Islamabad etc.
