Roles & Responsibilities:
•Successfully spearheading entire projects in artwork and repro including variety of SKUs, packaging form factors and printing processes.
•Responsible for collaborating with the production team, marketing and planning regarding the day-to-day review of the projects progress.
•Involving in a packaging form factors like Pouches, Wrappers, Labels and Sleeves. Pivotal involvement in overseeing end-to-end Artwork to Prepress workflow.
•Proactively converting artwork to make them compatible with the Gravure printing process. Accountable for carrying out/finalizing of jobs like colour separation and trapping making print-ready files.
•Effectively managing printing issues, resolving within specified timelines and overseeing/resolving online proofing issues.
•Assuring timely delivery of artworks and assisting team members, resolving queries, interacting with customers & marketing teams.
•Participating in the daily production meeting for the daily updates. Managing colour matching for printed samples, GMG prints and colour profiles
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Managed artwork to prepress workflow involving packaging form factors like pouches, wrappers, cartons, labels, sleeves, trays and shelf display systems.
•Handled processing master job for further variants and SKUs. Converted artworks to make them compatible with different printing processes.
•Adhered to brand guidelines, printer specifications, client-specific checklists and mandates and assisted team members.
•Accountable for adaptation/harmonization of artworks to different SKUs & packaging form factors.
•Resolved queries and assured timely delivery of artworks and oversaw end-to-end projects in artwork/repro including a variety of SKUs, packaging form factors and printing processes
Responsible for prepared packaging layouts of seamless tube e.g. Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals. Involved in the development and modification of customer-supplied designs.
•Managed Artwork preparation as per Tube Dia & Tube Length, Colour separation for Offset, Flexo & Screen Printing.
•Interacted with the production team, marketing & planning team for the day-to-day review of projects.
•Prepared/generated Artwork proofing reports and submitted same to the plant manager and new development department. Coordinated with the customers and marketing for NPD of Artwork related issues.
