Develop new business and build relationships with key target clients
Prepare and control the general accounting functions including the general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, opening charges
Check the accuracy of data entries in the accounting system on a regular basis
Closing the daily transactions in the branch as the salesmen turnover
Daily deposits of turnover in the banks
Issuing Bills of delivery and returns for salesmen to receive the goods from the warehouse.
To make inventory for the salesmen cars and ensuring the storage balances.
Apply control over the collection from debtors and payment to creditors.
Proceeding the agents' accounts outside the branch, deduction accounts and accounts of free goods.
Prepare report of revenue deduction for the customers and controlling to deliver them quarterly
To arrange monthly inventory for the warehouse and to ensure the actual balances.
To set semimonthly statement of petty cash and present it to the administration.
To perform the instructions of the administration
To set and participate for special budget in the branch and present it to the administration
Participation in setting the final accounts and general budget for the company
Prepare closing accounts for branch ( Income statement, Balance sheet ) every month.

المهام : متابعة مبيعات المندوبين و الرقابة على الفواتير الصادرة من حيث الربحية و الاسعار الصادرة
الرقابة الدورية على المشتودع و المخزون و الاصناف لدى الفرع و المطابقة اليومية لتحويل الاصناف من المستودع الرئيسي
الايداع اليومي لنقدية الفرع بالبنك
متابعة حسابات العملاء و عمل المطابقات الدورية كل فترة
اعداد كشف الرواتب لموظفين الفرع الشهري
تنفيذ قرارات و سياسات الادارة الموجهة للفروع
اعداد تقارير المبيعات الشهرية و المديونية و نسب الربحية و ارسالها للادارة بشكل دوري
محاسب و كانت اتولى المهام الاتية :
1- اعداد جدول للمصاريف العامة و تحليلها الشهري
2- اعداد كشف الرواتب للموظفين
3- مطابقة حسابات الموردين و اعداد جدول بالدفعات المستحقة
4- مطابقة حسابات العملاء و اعداد جدول بالمبالغ المستحقة
5- الرقابة على الشيكات المؤجلة و المستحقة و ارسالها للبنك للتحصيل في تواريخ استحقاقها
6- مطابقة و متابعة حسابات البنوك و اجراء كشوف التسوية اخر الشهر
7- المساعدة في اعداد ميزان المراجعة و الحسابات الختامية اخر كل شهر
