•Posting of entries into the portfolio accounting system.
•Monitoring the client’s position and the equity, placing of equity stops to ensure the client’s equity does not show a negative balance.
•Client statements verification, reconciliation of the client equity with the bank statements, monitoring the swap markets.
•MIS reports to the management and ensuring the adherence of various Central Bank regulations.
•Solving queries pertaining to the client’s accounts (i.e. Commissions, Trades, Deposit, withdrawals, & Daily statements).
•To quote in FX markets and cover the clients positions with the best possible price available.
•Effective and timely execution of all transactions in Spot, Commodities, Stock indices, and Futures on behalf of clients.
•Transferring risk to our principal, keeping a vigilant watch of the markets on a regular basis.
•Keep up-to-date with interest rate movements and currency fluctuations internationally through studying country economic indicators, etc.
•Actively participating in the achievement of the profit target of the desk within the policy and approved limits and servicing the clients with appropriate Forex-market updates together with reports on technical and fundamental forecasting which aids their decision-making in lieu of making profits.
•Technical & Fundamental forecasting to the clients for higher profit decision making.
•Handle Administrative duties such as preparing internal Memos/Notices.
•Maintaining all official record.
•Check and reply all e-mails on daily basis, in order to make sure no mail remain non-responded.
•Maintain relation with clients
•Handling Travel arrangements.
•Regular supervision on security and housekeeping.
•And any other responsibility in office as assigned by superiors.
•Managing the Reception
•Making Bills and other Certificates.
•Interaction with Patient to understand their requirements.
•Preparing Incoming and out Going patients report every fortnight and every month end.
•Maintenance of daily Registration book.
•Followed Leads given by the Company.
•Achieved the targets set by the organization.
•Satisfied the Patients by ensuring them the whole.
