Responsibilities:
• Performing operation and routine maintenance on 250 ton screw type chillers and cooling towers, including cleaning and repairing pumps, compressors, and evaporators to that they are working properly.
• Carried out routine and preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot repairs of centrifuges, gear boxes, centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps and other equipment.
• Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems and able to react accordingly.
• Investigated and corrected mechanical problems with machines such as cooling towers, air handling units and fan coil units.
• Keeps records RO Plants all operating parameters (Temp./Press./Flows/Levels/Product Quality).
• Checks regularly RO plant equipment for leaks / loose connection / overheating / vibration etc.
• Responded immediately to mechanical breakdown and developed timely repair plan to minimize downtime.
• General trades and building repair which include maintenance of boilers and HVAC systems, basic electricity, plumbing and strong carpentry skill
• Operate and maintain high and low pressure boilers, chillers, cooling towers and all other relate HVAC equipment.
• Preventive maintenance, testing and adjustment of all elevator related controls and equipment for machine room-less (MRL) traction elevators.
• Involve throughout the development stages and present on-site during the build to oversee procedures.
