I was Involved in Pre-Sales, Clients Network Design, RFP response, Proof of Concepts and direct all IT resources Planning, Budgeting and Operational initiatives, Global Products Company. Hold autonomous decision-making authority for all IT development and expansion issues, with a focus on IT organization Design, Voice and Data Communications, System Integration, Emerging Technologies, Enterprise Architectures, Data Center Operations, Strategic alliances and Data Security.
Managing 5 Data Centers with 4 worldwide Teams of Engineers, around the clock. Report to the President.
• Opened 3 new data centers in UK, Australia and Canada in support of the company�s rapid growth, and to support New Technologies.
• Designed a Redundant Data Center (Payment gateway) for Retailers to Process Debit and Credit with their Payment Processor (Global Payment, Moneris, PaymentTech and TD Bank). And made it solid that it is standing 24x7 from last 4 years.
• With British Telecom (BT) designed and installed first Private ADSL/MPLS Network in UK and now working on a complete Private Dialup/ADSL/MPLS Network for Retailers.
• Designed, installed and supporting Networks of the Following Retailers.

I developed this software for Helpdesk (Level 1 & Level 2) to manage and configure them.
• TTC (Tune and turn-up Checklist) for Rogers Business Solutions .
For Quality Control I computerized Manual Step by step procedure to test the Cisco Routers configuration
• X25Monitor.
I developed my own X25 tool in VB. This can monitor X25 VC and log them in Database and generate on line graph and reports.
In this position I designed and deployed multiple Project for International and National Companies.
