• Worked under seniors Engineers and Incharge during the installation and commissioning of the Meec Rolling mill Plant
• In-depth knowledge of parameters related to (04) slit rolling
• To control whole mill area through HMI and ensure smooth flow of production.
• To transfer schedule of mill recipe in HMI.
• Problem analysis through PDA graph.
• Misroll analysis.
• In depth knowledge of HMI.
• To ensure smooth and safe operation of the plant in consultation with the supervisor.
• To change parameters in case of size change in re-bar size and diameter.
• Responsible for operating the rolling mill operation at the main pulpit Overlooked the entire rolling process from the billet exiting till deposition of bars at colling bed Was involved in the stock inspection and then changing of mill parameters based on quality, also involved in size change activity where rolls where change based on the size demand.
• Partially operated bar handling and dispatch pulpit where the responsibility revolved around the cutting of bars, bar segregation, bar counting, binding and weighting activities before dispatch.
