• Accepted Cost Estimate - Review, evaluate and recommend for approval to Cluster Head
• Progress Reviews - Weekly/Monthly progress reviews through VC with all projects
• Design Co-ordination -Design co-ordination meetings(thru VC) ensuring timely delivery
• JCR Reviews & Risk Management-Job Cost Reviews and recommending for its approval. It
includes variance analysis, utilisation of resourses, material & labor reconciliation, trend
analysis, unified rate deviations, proposal for fast tracking project / crashing schedule,
advising to manage the back loaded invoicing schedule impacts, finalising action plan for
retaining margin / enhancing margin, mobilisation / demobilisation of resources - Statff,
workmen, P&M. Implementation and review of risk management is done through qualitative
and quantitative methods and the same is reconciled with the Job Cost Forecast and reviewed
• Work Order Management - Responsible for review, evalualte and recommendation to
Cluster Head for all Work Orders for projects having value more than INR 2 Lacs. It is done
meticulously in adhrence with the evaluation parameters like scope register, unified rate and
ETC provision.
• Budget Finalisation - Evaluating the detailed budget sheet wrt to the parameters like
timeline, scope register, ROTE, ROLE, ATR, S-curve etc and sending to Corporate for finalisation
• Mid Term Reviews - Mid term reviews are done to ensure the progress and margin
as per Budget. Various parameters are reviewed like SV, CV, CPI, ETC, JSTD rates, Unified
Labor Rates, Material Reconciliations, Asset Turnover Ratio, Return on Talent Employed,
Return on Labor Employed, Invoice certifications, Catch-up plan, Cash Flow Projections,
Justifications of margin drop (if any) and Digitalisation implementation status reviews like
Power BI, Procube, IOT, Asset Insight, Workmen Linking, RFID tagging on tools, P&M, Precast
segments etc
• P&M Management - Evaluation of P&Ms deployement based upon the present work load and
sharing of resources is done on monthly basis for all projects
• Staff Management - Staff requirement vs availability and ROTE is evaulated on monthly
basis. Requirement for recruitment is proposed to Cluster Head along with the re-distribution
plan, if any.
• Vendor / Subcontractor Registration :New vendors are evaluated and recommended
• Retention Bills : Final bills are checked/ processed for all project vendors and
submitted to HQ
