• Manage and Responsibility for the complete Construction and Inspection like Installation, Testing & Commissioning for all types of HVAC equipment’s and Plant systems, Including Ducting, Chilled water piping, AHU, FCU, CU, ERU, Package and Split type units, VAC, CAV, FVAV, Dampers like VCD, MVCD, FD, MFD, Insulation works, Grille Fixing, Air balancing, Chillers, Mechanical Pumps, Cooling towers, Blowers, Exhaust and Ventilation units as per the detail and as per the site condition.
• Maintain and perform repair on all refrigeration equipments and perform troubleshoot on all HVAC equipments and perform repairs all coolers.
• Manage Design development / Planning / Procurement departments for respective works such as Engineering submittals, Procurement of major items, HVAC construction programs etc.,
• Conversant with International Codes & Standards like ISO, SMACNA & ASHRAE, ASME, ASTM, AWS, API, ARAMCO, QP, SHELL / PDO and AGIP Specifications.
• Manage execution of HVAC project with prevailing industry standards / Quality systems in most efficient, timely and cost effective manner.
• Manage Project supervision, Scheduling, Target monitoring with reviewing or Progress reports / taking appropriate action to achieve the end result.
• Ensure that all information related to technical drawings, mechanical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, technical specifications and updated and readily available.
• Oversight of field installation activities including inspection and problem resolution.
• Manage Subcontractors / our team members for smooth progress of works.
• Liase with Main Contractor for site work coordination’s.
• Attend Project progress meetings and take corrective action accordingly.
• Meet Consultant for technical approval and related issues etc.,
• Manage Consultant and Client inspection at site for preliminary as well as final handing over of the system and Coordinate for efficient processes between all teams involved in the project.
• Manage Shop drawings, Material submittals, ITP, Method statements, Schedules and to perform Testing & Commissioning of complete HVAC mechanical systems.
• Coordinate for efficient processes between all teams involved in the project.

 Head Load Calculation.
 Selection of Various Equipments/ Accessories Such as Air Conditioner, VRFs (Variable Flow Refrigerant), AHUs (Air Handling Units), Chillers, FCUs (Fan Coil Units), Pumps, Exhaust Fans, Blowers, Ventilation Units, Cooling Tower Etc.
 Designing & preparation of AC plant, Ducting, piping layouts with Bill of materials for various applications such as Industries, hotels, offices, hospitals and medical research centers, Restaurants, Pharmaceuticals, Banks, Theatres, Auditoriums, Laboratories and etc.,
 Designing & preparation of AC plant, Ducting, piping layouts with Bill of materials for various Types Such as Window Air Conditioning, Split Air Conditioning, Central Air Conditioning Plant, Packaged Air Conditioning, VRF, AHU, Chiller Plant and etc.,
 Preparation of Schematic piping, Electrical wiring & Air flow Diagrams.
 Preparation of Bill of Materials for Projects.
 Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for Proposals and Tenders Documents.
 Preparation of Technical Specification for HVAC Materials.
 Preparation of isometric views to enable others to understand better wherever it is required.
 Prepare Final Detail Drawing for Production and Issued Drawings to Workshop for Production.
 Co ordination with clients, architects, consultants, Interiors and other contractors.
 Ensuring saving in all aspects by proper preplanning.
 Giving quantity estimate to sales department to enable them to quote competitively.
 Site visiting & Supporting construction department at site in case of complications.
 Finalising the contractors such as Ducting, Piping, Electrical, and Insulation.
 Attending site meeting and follow up the contractors work schedule.
 Review and checking of various Commercial contractors drawing like Blue Star, Carrier, Voltas, Ogeneral, Hitachi, ETA, Daikin, Trane, York, Samsung, and LG.
 Coordinating with Dealers for the Project Progress.
