Kitchen Helper

• Assist cooks by washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients for meals.
• Unloading Food Supplies from delivery trucks.
• Washing and drying dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, cutting boards and putting in their respective places.
• Packing take-out orders for customers.
• Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.
• Mopping and sweeping kitchen areas as required, ensuring proper sanitation.
• Following food safety standards and hygiene when storing ingredients and food.
• Work under the direst guidance of Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef, Commis II and Commis I.
• Kitchen duties such as cutting, washing, chopping, slicing, pounding, mashing, roosting, boiling, steaming, stewing, deep-frying, and baking.
• Food preparing, selling food and customer service as needed.
• Operating kitchen equipment like braising pans, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers and tools safely with environment awareness.
• Maintaining cleanliness, personal hygiene, food hygiene, kitchen hygiene and sanitation at the assigned work area.
• Preparing all food items according to recipes and specifications.
• Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients correctly.
• Working all of team and following instructions.
• Ability to work under pressure and inventory management and time management.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and passion for food and culinary arts
