 Lead in house design team, construction team and OH&S team for civil and structural issues.
 Work closely with clients, authorities and various technical consultants.
 Responsible for all technical submissions and authorities liaison for technical matters.
 Oversee contract documents and tender award processes.

 Managed technical coordination with client, consultants and contractors and guide the project team with technical supports.
 Successfully proposed value engineering proposals for the project cost savings and gained approval from client consultant and authority.
 Review structural shop drawings and structural detailing for constructability and produce proper construction methods.

 Supervise bored pile foundations, review precast shop drawings, precast plant inspections and precast construction & installations.
 Manage site supervisors and contractor to comply with BCA regulations,
 Resolve site constructability issues by liaising with structure engineer.
 Input all necessary technical supports for the Project team.

 Lead a team of project technical officers for successful delivery of high-rise HDB building projects in compliance with regulations.
 Monitoring site progress, keeping site records, coordination with contractors, consultants and authorities.
