• Search, collect & screening CVs that match the vacancy positions.
• Updating & saving the soft copy & hard copy data for the whole R & S process.
• Opening Odoo accounts for new employees. (HRIS Software)
• Requesting necessary documents from new candidates & helping to fill out the application form for the interview process.
• Responding to inquiries for Vacant Positions from Applicants. (Phone call, Viber, E-mail, etc...)
• Set the KPI for the performance appraisal.
• Appoint & negotiate the interview schedule between interviewers & interviewees.
• Arrange the medical check up process for selected candidates before join up.
•Manage the job portal. (Job Net, Job Express, JOIM, etc....)
• Assist to make sure the onboarding process for new employees.
• Prepare the Job post for the vacant positions.
• Prepare the monthly TA section Report and report to my superior.
• Sometimes, make the extend business organization chart with the Microsoft Visio.
• Organize the company's events. (Agenda, transportation, meals, accommodation, seat plans, etc....)
(I have been HR Supervisor at T & D section, but I had to take & share the responsibility of other section)
• Arrange the schedule & training logistics of Internal & External Training. (Customer Service Training, Sale SOP Training & Product Training, etc...)
• Create & innovate for the training program.
• Negotiate with trainer for future training plan.
• Exactly manage & update of the employee training database - more than 250 employees.
• Analyze the effectiveness of training with post training, pre-post training & pre-post training with control group methods.
• Manage & provide for trainer’s travelling expanses.
• Coordinate with good relationship between trainer & trainee.
• Monitor the requirement of the trainees & trainer during training.
• If necessary, coordinate with the relevant supervisor & manager for employee knowledge Results.
• Keep soft copy & hard copy of training schedule.
• Collect & record feedbacks of every trainee after training.
• Arrange monthly knowledge test.
• Report to management levels with the monthly T & D section power point report.
• Watch to employee to improve of the product knowledge skills.
• Manage & maintain to be improved for the library.
• Record the meeting minutes for T & D session meeting with management level.
• Arrange and manage the schedule of interview process.
• Interview the candidates for the vacant position.
• Select the most suitable candidates for the vacant position with the department head.
• Maintain & Update the data of the whole interview process.
• Arrange & explain the interview application form for the new applicant.
• Provide & pay orientation for the new employees.
• Arrange the probation staff contract for new employees.
• Take the phone call to applicant for the interview invitation.
• Reply message to the applicant of G-mail, viber & telegram.
• Assess the most suitable CV form for vacant position.
• Investigate the new staff background & references.
• Inform the other relevant department & section, if hire new staff for the vacant position.
• Answer the inquiry call of vacant position.
• Inform to the candidates about hire for the vacant position.
• Prepare Job Description, Requirement or specification for the vacant position.
• Check and update the list of Manpower file.
• Coordinate with department head for the resign employee.
• Record the leave & absent of employees.
• Prepare the list for the promotion employees.
• Explain the uniform process for new employee.
• If necessary, collaborate with other Dept to complete the tasks.
• Able to produce the a lot of talent employees who were attended the training arranged by T & D section.
• Arrange & manage the whole process of Learning Management System. (my psm learning management system)
• Explain the detail of the products to customer.
• Research & Analyze the market trends & competitor's activities.
• Maintain the relationship with the customers.
• Arrange & Monitor the virtual class.
• Handle customer’s complaints.
• Keep soft copy & hardcopy of student’s data.
• Manage schedule for junior team member to reply messenger of student messages.
• Arrange & prepare for Google form exam.
• Pay orientation for new student.
• Make timetable and student list for the new class.
• Care & service for customer’s satisfaction.
• Arrange the task of transfer tutor fees.
