I am taking all the responsibility on behalf of Client,
Maintained machines of different companies like Siemens, BHEL, Flow serve, Sulzer, Taim Weser, Takraf, Howden, Atlas Capco, Garo, Sanghai electric etc.
Executed and handled Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance (Scheduled maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance) of equipment’s like Stacker cum Reclaimer, Ship loader, Rotary Kiln, Various type of Crushers, Grinding mills, Material handling equipment, Conveyers, Steam Turbine, Turbo blower, Turbo Pump, Green coke cutting pumps, Multistage high pressure pumps, vertical pumps, Centrifugal pump, Reciprocating Pump, Compressor blower,
PFB/HRSG Boilers etc.
Handle any emergency breakdown job with my team if occur and coordinate with Control room and Field-operation persons, resolve same.
Closely monitor the maintenance activities and carry out inspection through our O&M team.
Raise inventory materials and consumables as per site requirement through ERP, CMMS.
Bearing replacing, mechanical seal replacing, gear box repairing, coupling remove, alignment job, damage repairing etc
Cross check the interfaces of running equipment subject to our job under the approvals/permits
Developing awareness of EHS programs, through promotional activities.
Preserve mechanical/rotating equipment.
I fully support to MRT, Solo run of motor, Pump testing/recirculation, Equipment trial run, inspections in commissioning stage.
Closely scrutinize manpower levels and anticipate requirements, keeping daily records of manpower and report if manpower levels affect the Operation.
