-To effectively manage and direct the Corporate Human Resources department
-Implementation on new company policies & procedures, standard operating procedures
-Implementation and follow up on Balance Score Card systems within the group
-Restructure and implementation of performance management systems, training and development programs
Measure key performance factors of associates both management and non management, through implementation of new and effective performance and departmental appraisal systems
Daily management of the following divisions:
Planning Recruitment and Selection / Personnel / Compensation & Benefits /
Employee Relations /Training & Development /Associate Security / Associate
Accommodation / Associate Laundry
