My job was to supervise staff in their daily development and logs as well as making sure daily targets are being met.I am also responsible with helping our manager with the back office activities such as sending emails and responding to it as necessary, help with the weekly cycle, monitor sales, and other administrative work. My area of responsibilities does not end here for I am also doing the training and development of our team.
My recent job as a Sales Supervisor in my previous company, Lush Fresh handmade cosmetics has given me a range of practical capabilities that will meet the needs of this role.Giving me a wide range of knowledge of administative work, back office tasks and shop operations. Other responsibilities in this role included providing face-to-face customer service and assisting on the floor with stock movements, Managing our social media platform, supervise sales associates on floor as well as Conducting trainings and monitoring their development through smart planning, development logs and one-on-one coaching.My experiences has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work.
