Assisted senior management in business development activities during a 27 month stint in Singapore at Development Bank of
Singapore. Youngest to hold direct client relationship with senior bank employees at an operational level.
• Conceptualized, developed and implemented internet banking (IB) based foreign exchange transactions for DBS, Indonesia
resulting in revenues worth SGD 0.5 million/year for the bank.
o Negotiated with DBS Indonesia VP to win the contract based on analysis of historical data of cross currency transactions
o Convinced Infosys senior management of technical feasibility based on inter-dependence analysis of payment module
o Adopted by over 40% DBS Indonesia IB customers within 3 months of introduction; deeply appreciated by the client
o Project replicated by DBS in China, Taiwan and India (in progress) generating SGD 400K per implementation for Infosys
o Designed standards for configuring preferential rates in multiple vendor model IB. Used as reference in all similar projects
o Awarded CRR 1+ (10/200) rating and a fast track promotion (1/200) for the product feature
• Responsible for 3 End to end Internet banking implementations for DBS across Indonesia, China, Taiwan
o Projects won rave reviews from end users and bank staff for user-friendly and intuitive features

o Reduced implementation time by ~10% with each project through Java and UNIX based automation tools for additional
processes. Automation tools adopted by 80% projects across the bank. Tools subsequently put on Finacle knowledge portal.
• Led a team of 7 developers and testers to design and test first of their kind ATM reports necessitated by changed regulatory
requirements in Taiwan. Delivered with zero production errors before time; received special appreciation from MD (Tech.)
• Involved in pre sales activities to define the nature and scope of Finacle implementation in RCBC bank, Philippines
o Generated an additional SGD 1million by successfully selling Finacle e-banking suite over multiple vendor model for IB.
o Selected to be a part of Finacle's proposal writing initiative based on my proficient writing skills
• Designed features and interface modules for MSCRM project in close co-ordination with end user
o Adopted by 60% of bank middle management across functions for analytics of retail banking metrics
