• Conduct day to day site activity planning with contractors and monitoring of works to achieve tasks in line with the project schedule, scope of work & quality requirement.
• Prepare daily reports of work progress and man power utilization.
• Interfacing with civil, structural, instrument and electrical engineers in Engineering/Construction Division to take inter-disciplinary requirement for modifications and ensuring complete integral package is assembled
• Discussing & resolving queries arising from the approval issue of the modification package
• Line checks prior to hydro test and prepare punch list for incomplete works, check and closing after the work is done
• Attending HAZOP proceedings as Mechanical Specialist and acting as Secretary to the HAZOP meetings in the absence of Mechanical Engineer
• Rendering design & technical guidance to Draughtsman during development phase of the modification
• Directing engineering, construction and pre-commissioning contract staff during implementation of the modification
• Managing modification from conception to commissioning; Clearing all project snag/punch list.
• Reviewing & recommending minor changes initiated by Operations Department

• Acting as a single point contact between client and contractor
• Evaluating project progress and reporting the same to the Project Manager
• Facilitating communication between team members, participants, contractor & Project Manager
• Ensuring preparation & delivery of all project events and production of all necessary documentation
• Issuing work permit, following up on site activities and assisting Project Manager in preparation of weekly reviews for the complete job.
•Preparation of all project planning documents, Procurement of materials and follow-ups.
•Site supervision for the project.
•Preparation and supervision of all hydro-test blinding; clearing all punch points before commissioning.
•Prepare, approve and issue the relevant document required for the compilation of the invoice for the service rendered to the client.

•Commissioning of New Heavy Ends EDC Tank TA170006 including hydro-testing of the tank, piping and firefighting system.

•EPC of New Oxidation Basin in Qatar Vinyl Company
•QVC Shutdown - 2015, 2016, 2017
•Installation of new piping with tie-in for interchanging of tanks TA170002 and TA170016 in QVC
•Re-routing of underground GRE fire water main header for the construction of New Oxidation Basin
