Business Development/Sales Objectives
•Managing Agency Sales Channel of the branch.
•Responsible for recruiting agents and develop them for subsequent sales training.
•Provide leadership to a team of 15 members in managing day to day sales for the branch and as well as for generating leads for accomplishing branch revenue targets.
•Follow up with team members in generating sales references and leads for insurance products and enhancing penetration of sales for non- touch base segment.

•Enhance customer wallet size to ensure that customers make us their primary investment company.
• Build & maintain productive business relationship with key decision makers in the corporate sector for signing up corporate deals.
