Accountable for managing process designing projects concentrating on reducing the warranty costs
Enacting as process consultant for operations team for resolution improvement, and cost optimization directly impacting the company P&L.
Implementing processes for improving IT Services entailing Continual Service Improvement, Service Operations, Service Transition, and Service Design & Strategy.
Gathering & defining business requirements while managing the risks to improve business processes and translating the requirements into systems solution by preparing functional specifications and technical requirement document.
Maintaining cross functional coordination to ensure project completion within specified quality, cost and timelines and ensuring strict observance thereof including handling of project closeout.
Organizing and managing resources for the project that entails creating estimates for the project, work breakdown structure, project plan, contingency plan & schedules, identifying risks within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
Providing guidance on the projects and its requirements to the clients over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular project related developments.
Collaborate with the team members, senior management and Client to maintain a continuous stream of information regarding the project status and progress.
Organizing well-structured training programs to enhance skill sets and create awareness of the latest developments.
Streamlining operational process in the form of Process and functional automation thereby reducing inefficiencies and improving Business Value of the programs
