Anand NVH Pvt. Ltd. is leading manufacturing company of vibration and sound damping system rubber moulded and rubber to metal bonded part like bush. It is totally export oriented unit expected maruti which have customer across US and Europe like contitech, BMW, lord, zf, GM, Volkswagen, Ford, Volvo, Renault trucks etc. and its turnover is 180 Crs. It is ISO/TS-16949:2008, ISO 14001:2004certified organization.
POSITION: GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE in QUALITY ASSURANCE.
PERIOD OF EXPERIENCE: 11 June 2011 to may 2012
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To ensure Corrective and preventive action implementation at lines.
• Inspection of BOP machining & casting items at incoming end.
• Prepare vendor history card.
• Responsible for calibration of inspection, measuring & testing equipment's for in-house as well as suppliers end as per defined frequency.
• To ensure that updated/modified Process documents are used at line i.e. control chart, standard operation sheet/job element sheet etc. as per customer requirement.
• To implement 5's in department.
• Prepare the Vender rating.
• Having sufficient knowledge of PPAP.
• Smooth runing of turbine
• Plant Maintain ance
• Prepare auxiliary log sheet, daily hourly report of pressure and temp in turbine.
• Knowledge of improvement techniques likeSPC, 5s, CAPA, FIFO, KAIZENetc.
• Good team player and planning ability.
• Knowledge of measuring instrument like Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Micrometer caliper, bevel protector, radius gauge, etc.

• MBA (FINAL YEAR) IN HRM • B.E from mechanical with 63.8% from truba institute of technology Indore affiliated to RGTU, BHOPAL. In year 2011Pass out PROJECT: DESIGNE & DEVELOPING AMBIENT CYCLE • It is a yearly project comprising of team of 3 members. It aims is design and developing a working model of cycle. It is totally new concept and its main aim is human comfort while riding a cycle in laydown mode and its laden capacity is 100Kg with adjustable seat.
