• Identifying training/re-training needs (inhouse/3rd party) planning and scheduling based on skill gap assessment
• Developing Quality and HSE documentation covering all aspects of QHSE (QHSE plans, risk assessment, method
statements, so on)
• Participating actively in QHSE meetings with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
• Catalyzing HSE Committee, CSR & Welfare activities
• Driving third party auditing assessments in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, API Q1 & Q2 and/or company standards and procedures
• Developing analysis reports based on Q & HSE indicators (Pareto, Trend etc.) to identify root causes and to advice actions.
• Conducting internal audits for all business scopes and processes at least 2 times per annum, reporting findings to the CEO
• Create and distribute monthly & quarterly QHSE reports internally within the group and annual reports internally
& to all vested stakeholders
• Driving Management Review Meetings; enabling decision-making by top management by providing strategic inputs
• Coordinating and managing the diverse resources within the QHSE team in UAE, to support day to day operations
and projects.

• Built a team and achieved APIQ1 (2012), APIQ2 (2017), API 6A (2019), API 7K (2021) accreditation for the company

• Developed QHSE annual budget (corporate/project specific) and achieved cost effective resolution to QHSE
problems and issues.
• Prepared cost benefit analysis(CBA) as part of an ALARP demonstration for various cases and have successfully
achieved desired risk reduction levels.

of sites (after taking over different companies) with cultural differences imbedded within their operations and

• Executed waste management & reduction programme in compliance to the requirements of “Tadweer” at all
locations of Emdad Group. Successfully cleared various environmental audits conducted by local authorities.

o EPC for Cathodic Protection system for newly drilled wells & Provision of Cathodic protection system survey/monitoring
o Oil Based & Water Mud Treatment Service o Cutting Reinjection Service
o Manufacturing of High-Pressure Mud Hoses o Corrosion monitoring services
o Whipstock & Fishing Services
o Valve Services (Maintenance, Repair, Machining & Testing) o HVAC Maintenance
o Turnarounds & Shutdowns
Provide HSE supervision for offshore and on shore operations. Conduct HSE induction for new employees on the project(s).Coordinate with the project team to achieve project HSE objectives, Liaise with the sub-contractor (s) HSE officer to ensure HSE compliance on the project(s), Ensure PTW requirements are adhered to, where necessary, Inspect fire / safety equipment on the project(s) / camp site for compliance. Participate and advise in risk assessment and HAZID studies for the different activities on the project(s), Conduct HSE Audits & inspections on the project(s).Investigate accidents including near miss incidents and suggest corrective & preventive action, Conduct emergency exercises as scheduled for the project(s) and disseminate learning points, Conduct HSE trainings on the project(s) & maintain training records. Implement chemical and waste management procedures to conform to ADCO & federal procedures / regulations, Conduct HSE meetings to raise HSE awareness of employees and cascade the HSE alerts received from Clients and external parties. Attend Client monthly / quarterly HSE meetings and cascade pertinent information to the site team, Co-ordinate with Sub-contractor(s) for compilation of weekly and monthly HSE statistics for submission to the client. Assist QHSE Manager for quality related activities.
