Currently a member of the manufacturing team of the new facility (COPPER ROD PLANT).
Specially trained on the casting machine \[hazelett-usa\] to take the start-up, maintenance of the casting machine at the time of change over also PM when the line is stopped.
Recognised as the Team Leader in the CASTING unit.
Member of the newly formed cost saving and reduce scrap team.
The plant is the first in the world to use NGCS (novel gas control system)
The facility is designed to take raw copper cathodes and convert into 8mm diameter copper rod.
Posses excellent skills in all kind of refactory lining jobs. Also have the art to change the mould design to have better response while in operation.
Presently going under training to be utilised as releaver on shaft furnace and rolling mill.
State Level Skill Competition. Fitter– Govt. Tech. I.T.I – farmagudi – 2002 – 70% (Adjudged ‘BEST CRAFTSMEN’ in the state.)
