• Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment strategy and process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)

• Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization

• Manages the Talent function of sourcing, selecting and hiring utilizing a continuous improvement so to efficiently meet strategic hiring objective.

• Implements/refines appropriate candidate screening techniques, tools and assessment protocols to continually ensure fully accurate and informed hiring decisions.


• Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)


• Identify vacancies in accordance with the Recruitment Plan / Chart and advise recruitment team regarding vacancy updates and job descriptions.


• Builds a quality relationship with internal and external recruitment agencies

• Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant

• Meeting with potential Agent with DHRA and CEO as appropriate.

• Monitoring top up control sheet versus cv processing.
• Monitoring top up control sheet versus visa releasing.
• Tackle and sort out Recruitment agents issues on workers’ salaries/degrading.
• Provide advice on best practice recruitment processes
• Coordinate advertising requirements including the preparation of vacancy advertisements and liaison with media agencies
• Coordinate Weekly Job Bulletin for internal dissemination; Designs recruitment advertisements
• Ensure recruitment database is up to date and compliant with organizational and legislative requirements
