Currently deputed as Maintenance Engineer at LALPIR Power LTD. It’s a 727MW Power Plant with 2xMHI TC2F-33.5 2CYL (362MW) steam turbines and 2x 1200 TPH, MHI boilers.
Job responsibilities include :
-Responsible for Maintenance of BOP, Boiler and Turbine Area equipment.
-Responsible for carrying out Vibration Analysis Survey using CSI 2130 on plant critical rotary equipment.
-Principle contact and liaison between the maintenance department and operation planning.
-Ensure the area assigned receive professional maintenance service in a timely manner to ensure high equipment availability and performance.
-Review all planned work requests from assigned area and determine validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority.
-Develop the yearly budget for the Assigned Area Maintenance.

• Working in Wärtsilä maintenance, I have
- Carried out major maintenance including 24K Hrs maintenance and Turbine maintenances.
- Worked comfortably on WOIS, WISE, PMS, MAMA and several other planning and management
softwares.
- Had a very good hands on experience with machines and tools both mechanical and electrical.
- Managed the maintenance Database using the Data Manager.

Trainee Engineer - Engineering Planning
• As part of the team, my responsibility was to: - Manage all the activities of the department and submit reports consequently.
- Prepare presentations of different projects.
- Carry out a regular inspection of the Plant.
• I carried out a comprehensive project to make a record of the entire department i.e. the number and types of machines as well as the human resource available. It was first of its kind at Hypercomp. It was widely
appreciated.
• Was the part of the team when it launched first local made CNG compressor made in Pakistan having all
required safety certificates.

Internship
• Worked on a project related to tank carriers.
• Designed and performed analysis on a Light Weight Portable Bridge on PRO-E
• Participated in fabrication of this bridge.
Final Year Project (College of E&ME, NUST) Sep 2009 - July 2010
Modeling, Simulation, Analysis and Fabrication of a series hybrid car.
• Fabricated a Series Electric Hybrid Urban Car. It is the first ever Hybrid Car
manufactured in Pakistan. The total cost of the project was around 2.4 million rupees.
This project was sponsored by BMW, Telenor and the HEC. Our car was selected to represent Pakistan at the Shell Eco Marathon 2010 in Malaysia. We won the 'Go
Green' award. We were the only group from Pakistan to win an award at the Shell Eco
Marathon 2010. The project got gold medal in NUST E&ME for year 2010.
• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering 2006 to 2010 College of E&ME, (NUST), Rawalpindi GOLD MEDALIST in final year project. Major Projects • Mathematical Model of Shock Absorber Wrote a review paper on the topic and carried out research using computational tools such as MATLAB and Microsoft Math. • Comparison between Si & Thin-Film Solar cells. Carried out a detailed comparison between Silicon and thin film solar cells. • MATLAB Based Simulation Design Developed a complete design of automotive suspension system. • Micro Hydro-Electric Power Generator Manufactured a micro hydro-electric power generator. • Motion Analysis Performed motion analysis of a linkage system using Working Model software. • Modeling for the Optimum Pressure ratio in an Ideal Brayton Cycle
