• Monitor development of new products to help identify possible problems for mass production.
• Participate in the development of product specifications.
• Review and update standard operating procedures or quality assurance manuals.
• Review quality documentation necessary for regulatory submissions and inspections.
• Verify that raw materials, purchased parts or components, in-process samples, and finished products meet established testing and inspection standards.
• Audit and inspect subcontractor facilities including external laboratories.
• Coordinate the selection and implementation of quality control equipment such as inspection gauges.
• Evaluate new testing and sampling methodologies or technologies to determine usefulness.
• Review statistical studies, technological advances, or regulatory standards and trends to stay abreast of issues in the field of quality control.
• Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• • Flow the day-to-day running of process performance, ensuring high levels of productivity and compliance to the required specifications.
• Management representative for ISO 9001:2015. Quality management system of organization as well as compliance to national and international regulatory and industry standards.
• Follow up product / process certification process and licensing with local regulatory bodies e.g. SASO.
• Responsible for providing technical and management guidance to stakeholders and work closely with teams to finalize assigned project plan.
• conduct feasibility studies in terms of raw materials availability and suitability for MedTech ceramic project.
• Field exploration works, laboratory tests, as well as materials exploitation legislation related to the project.
• Design, implement, and monitor the development of mines, facilities, systems, or equipment.
• Examine maps, deposits, drilling locations, or mines to determine the location, size, accessibility, contents, value, and potential profitability .
• Developing detailed mine plans/schedules using mine planning software and drilling methods and blasting designs principals.
• Monitor costs of mining on a regular basis and manage accordingly.
• Reserve estimation and production follow up
• Analyze and interpret geological, geochemical, or geophysical information from sources such as survey data, well logs, bore holes, or aerial photos.
• Prepare geological maps, cross-sectional diagrams, charts, or reports concerning mineral extraction, land use, or resource management, using results of fieldwork or laboratory research.
• Looking after all running exploration and mining activities and make future production plans.
• Proper documentations from government offices (mining leases, quarrying licenses and mineral exploration leases).
