installation of firefighting systems and environmental monitoring systems as per Civil Defense
and GAMEP requirement.
Generate Purchase Requisitions through SAP after finalizing the BOQ and quotations.
Supervised the installation, testing and commissioning of firefighting pumps.
Supervised the installation, testing and commissioning of wet sprinklers type fire suppression
systems.
Verification of piping layout throughout the project.
Verification of valve manifolds like the zone control valves arrangement, landing valves, alarm
check valve, flow switches and temper switch.
verification of location and the type of sprinkler e.g., pendent, upright, wall mounted and dry type.
Supervised the installation, testing and commissioning of fire hose cabinets, hydrant system and

Supervised the project of modification and installation of Fume Extraction System (FES) for

Inspects the facility to identify safety, health and environmental risks with plan to mitigate the risks.
Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures and a schedule of routine inspections.
Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant
topics.
Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
Maintains records of discharge of employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
Quality control and execution of mechanical containment e.g. HVAC (Ducts installation, Duct size calculation, FCU installation and testing, Installation of Air Diffuser, AHU, Thermostats Exhaust air damper, Economizer and Filter Dryer)

Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
Coordinating in Technical issues between Project team and Design team.
Supervising & coordinating with workforce in executing job to completion on time as per work plan & safety precautions.
Planning / organizing and checking of work progress & schedules to meet the target dates & implementing projects plans.
Took part in the fabrication and erection of different equipments such as Air Pre Heater, Economizer, Super heater, Cyclone Cylinder, Electrostatic Precipitator & Water Tube Walls in Boiler as per drawing.

During the period of internship I got training in various areas such as Design Section, Heat Treatment Section, Machine Shop and Plastic Molding Department (JICA: Japan International Co-Operation Agency).
During training period I worked mainly in production department and got training in the fabrication of fire tube boilers, heat exchangers & distillation unit for Attock Oil Refinery and observed different welding techniques such as SAW, SMAW, TIG & MIG also attended lecture about Non Destructive Tests (NDT) such as Dye Penetrating Test (DPT), Radiographic Test (RT), Pneumatic Test & Hydro-Test.
