✓ Lead and supervise the daily activities on the field. Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly.
✓ Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality and Environment, Health & Safety policy and procedures.
✓ Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
✓ Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and machinery.
✓ Control of the KPIs related to the contract.
✓ Preparing PPM and follow-up the site activities as per PPM.
✓ Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed-to
deadlines.
✓ Preparing reports as required and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that
may arise.
✓ Preparing all KPI and others reports and presentations.
✓ Coordination with subcontractor and supervise the work progress and work quality

•Preparing Progress Reports and Trend Analysis
•Record for variation order and Change order.
•Critical Path Analysis and Resource Allocation
•Preparation of Material Procurement Schedules for major items.
•Placement of order of material as per schedule
•Other repots as per Company requirement
