Ensuring all works on site are carried out as per approved & updated drawings & project specifications.
Inspecting the site to ensure desired quality is being achieved.
Performing a variety of inspection functions under supervision.
Coordinating with the consultants to ensure that inspections are carried out in smooth and timely manner
Preparing progress reports for projects on weekly basis
Prepare BOQ documents for projects
Ensuring that contractor follows all required standards set by client and consultants
Carrying out inspections on items where quality is compromised as mentioned in consultants
Providing technical support to the construction staff with regards to project quality specifications.
Ensuring implementation of all HSE requirements of the project are followed on site.
Maintaining records of all quality compromises/ consultants comments in all inspections.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Generating BOQ for tender documents on behalf of client for project awarding.
Constructing entertainment & sports related projects along with construction/Fit-out of many restaurants & retail
outlets in Riyadh
Attending meetings with client to give progress reports
Experience of Fit out sites and steel structures
Managing & delivering complete project cycle i.e. initiating, planning construction/Implementation
