- Managed diversified businesses under IFFCO Group i.e. FMCG - Manufacturing / Plant environment (Flour, Animal Nutrition and Frozen Foods businesses) with a HC of 1000 employees and currently handling regional Sales & Distribution business with a HC of 1600 employees.
- Collaborating with Business Leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, growth, and cross-department synergies.
- Responsible for scouting the best in the class talent, arranging exemplary Orientation & Induction programs, gauging their performances, orchestrating Rewards & recognitions, leveraging their capabilities, developing succession plans, and improving their engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
- Analyzing trends & metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies and acting as advisor to management on organizational initiatives, policy compliance and change management.
- Coaching & consulting the stakeholders and ensuring ongoing HR support is extended.

- Collaborating with department heads & managers to deliver educational workshops on L&D process & progress review. Identifying training needs, designing calendar, budget & arranging to organize Training's ensuring record tracking of attendance, feedback / evaluation & effectiveness, and ongoing coordination with departments to ensure the training requirements are fulfilled.
