Fabricated p-type Dye-Sensitised Solar Cell (DSSC) for the first time using mcicrowave plasma sintering technique with efficiency of 0.12% and highest reported hole life time (1sec)
Reported to Solar Cluster Director as well as distinguished subject experts (such as Michael Graetzal and James Durant) in the field of solar energy
Technical expertise in magnetron sputtering, microblasting, aerosol spraying/microwave plasma, atmospheric air plasma, surface energy and contact angle, ellipsomtery, optical profilometry, SEM, IV-characterisation, XRD, sintering, particle size analyzer, mechanical properties evaluations using scratch testing, pin on disk, etc.
Actively involved in the AMPT2008 conference held in Daejeon, South Korea that gathered the attention of ~300 participants an 1000 delegates
Visited 6 different Japanese Universities and Research centers and institutes to explore their R&D facilities.
Micro-structural evaluation of low carbon steel using etching techniques, validation of roll pass design and presented the research findings in POSCO which were then used in actual production.

Worked closely with the team during installation of Low Pressure Die-casting plant, made 06 months production plan, carried out ordering of raw materials, conducted audit, helped in assembly units

The preparation of feasibility reports for garments manufacturing units
Automation of thermoforming units, maintenance activities involved in extruder, thermoforming, compressors and printing machinery and introduced the co-extrusion process
