• Conduct inspections of all phases of construction, including materials, workmanship, and compliance with codes
and standards.
• Monitor risk factors throughout the project and take proactive measures to minimize their impact on quality and
delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to QA/QC activities, including reports, records, and
quality documentation.
• Identify and address non-conformities, defects, and discrepancies through systematic analysis and corrective
actions.
• Conduct inspections of equipment, structures, and materials to verify compliance with specifications, codes, and
standards.
• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and other contract documents to identify quality
requirements.
• Attends all site related tests and pre-tests at factories and ensures they are undertaken in accordance with the
applicable Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), including site inspections and routine surveillances.
• Coordinate testing requirements with laboratory and Contractor/Engineers Representative(s).
• Ensure the IMTE logs are updated and that all the equipment used is calibrated, including records.
• Meeting review periods for each type of document assigned and updating the status with Document control as
required.
• Reviews of contractors daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Monitor & report to the Quality Manager the work attendance and efficiency of the contractors technical and quality
teams at site, report about their proficiency and internal inspections regimes.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues or defects. Collaborate with other departments to address problems and
implement solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on quality control matters.
• Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensures all materials delivered to the site are compliant with approved material submittal and are properly stored.
• Reviews all quality related submissions, including but not limited to PQD, MAR, MIR, PLANNCRs, test reports,
3rd party reports, quality observations etc.
• Assists in the review of Mockup inspections, snagging (identification and closure)

• Collaborating with QC manager in developing all the QC documentation (method statements, ITPs, sampling and
testing plans, records), assuring that comply with all the applicable requirements.
• Identify, develop and implement QC procedures, including all kinds of tests as stated in the ITP and in the
statistical and sampling test plan, considering all the applicable requirements.
• Preserving and maintaining the documentation associated with the applicable of QC documentation in all the tasks of
the project.
• Providing Quality assurance and control mechanisms for concrete Producers and CMU installation, structural steel,
pre-cast/cast in situ concrete, Grouting, landscaping, as Gypsum Wall board and Plastering works, Granite,
marbles, Tiles, Painting, epoxy coating flooring, glazing, aluminum works, GFRC/GFRP works, pre-cast cladding,
metal framing and railing and architectural/ finishing concepts.
• Attend weekly, monthly meetings for quality and safety improvement with senior management, submitting related
reports and updates.
• Conduct material receiving inspection of materials and ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
• Responsible for all QC documentations, test reports, material certificates and non-conformance reports etc.
• Review and ensure that all construction activities shall comply with the approved and latest version of the Issued for
Construction drawings for civil and architectural activities.

• Responsible for all inspection activities including thread strands, fixing anchorages dead & live end.
• Ensure installation of grout vents, and ducts can flush and filled properly.
• Ensure stressing equipment (hydraulic pumps and jacks) are in smooth working order and properly calibrated.
• Submitting and following all requests for inspection (RFI) to the consultant.
• Responsible for initiating and issue internal NCR-Nonconformance report matters not in compliance with
the procedures, codes and project specs.
• To conduct pre-pouring inspections and ensure that the formwork, rebars and the concrete placing are
in accordance with the approved drawings and international standards.
• Reviewing project specifications, material submittals and method of statements for all activities and witnessing all site
tests.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports and evaluation as per the planned schedules.
• Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
• Execute steel as per approved structural design.
• Checking the quality of concrete strengths regarding the grade, 7 days and 28 days test.
• Check the quality of concrete durability test as per inspection test plan.
• Updating and Submitting weekly Logs for RFI′s and MIR′s.

• Conduct routine inspections of all civil, infrastructure, and structural works.
• Ensure material delivered to the site matches approved Material Inspection Requests (MIR).
• Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents
and approved shop drawings and submittals.
• Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work.
• Monitor contractor resource allocation including labor, equipment, and material availability.
• Observes work in progress to ensure that procedures are followed and materials used confirm to specifications.
• Inspect incoming bulk material haulers to ensure proper tarping and containment, preventing debris spills on public
roads.
• Coordinate with the contractor to maintain clear access roads for emergency vehicles and daily equipment movement.
• Oversee safe routing, speed limits, and clear reversing pathways for heavy construction vehicles within the Bujairi site
boundaries.
• Checking the incoming dumpers, heavy trailers, and earthmoving equipment possess valid safety certificates and driver
permits
• Verify that backfill material undergoes proper lift-by-lift compaction and meets specific relative density requirements.
• Verify trench excavation depths, shoring stability, pipe bedding compaction, and proper warning tape placement.

• Verify precast concrete segments for dimensional accuracy, geometry, and casting defects upon delivery.
• Check ring build quality, lip tolerances, stepping, and gasket placement during TBM advancement.
• Oversee primary and secondary grouting pressures, volumes, and mix designs to eliminate structural voids.
• Inspect, document, and map cracks, chips, or water ingress within the installed tunnel rings.
• Inspect rebar, formwork, embedded items, and level alignments before pouring the tunnel invert concrete.
• Supervise large-scale concrete pours, checking slump, temperature, curing methods, and compressive strength results.
• To check and ensure that the work done is as per Project Specification, Method Statement and as per approved shop
drawings. Also to ensure that all approved and inspected materials are used.
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers
contract specializations
• Taking care of quality documents of the project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests,
non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered.
• Coordinate third-party testing for concrete (slump, cube crushing, permeability), soil compaction, and non
destructive testing (NDT).
• Maintain calibration logs and certificates for all surveying and testing equipment on site.
• Witness and verify pre-pour checks, ensuring correct rebar sizing, spacing, cover blocks, and formwork stability
before concrete placement.
• Verify that all incoming materials, especially waterproofing, reinforcement, and structural concrete, comply with
approved material submittals and international standards.
• Ensure stringent quality control for the installation of waterproofing membranes, water stops, and continuous
dewatering operations to guarantee a dry, watertight underground environment.
• Inspect the installation of steel framing, acoustic insulation, and lead-lined drywall prior to boarding.
• Monitor the installation of seamless flooring (epoxy, vinyl) to ensure proper substrate preparation, moisture
barriers, and welding of joints.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to identify defects in workmanship (paint imperfections, uneven tiles, door
alignments) and compile Snag Lists for subcontractor correction.

• Checking the steel molds and formwork for dimensional accuracy, cleanliness, and structural integrity before pouring
concrete.
• Verify that steel rebar cages are cut, bent, and tied according to approved BBS and cover requirements.
• Oversee the mixing, pouring, and compaction (using vibration tables or poker vibrators) of concrete to prevent
honeycombing.
• Monitor curing timelines and methods (steam curing or water spraying) to ensure products achieve their required design
strength.
• Verify that products like precast slabs, interlock pavers, and pipes meet the required tolerances, thickness, and load
bearing capacities.
• Identify any cracked, warped, or non-conforming elements, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and implement
corrective actions.
• Supervise the safe lifting, demolding, and transportation of heavy precast units using overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Ensure products are stored on level, stable ground to prevent damage or warping before they are dispatched to
construction sites.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free factory floor, ensure proper ventilation for curing areas, and safeguard moving machinery.
• Track and log daily production volumes, manpower usage, and equipment operational status.
• Maintain MIR and WIR for review by quality auditors or clients.

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring structural integrity (clear-span hangar frames and high-bay
foundations) is maintained.
• Verify stock and coordinate deliveries of specialized hangar materials (heavy-duty structural steel, epoxy flooring, and
hangar doors) to prevent downtime.
• Enforce site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, especially when working at heights during roof truss or
crane installations.
• Record day-to-day site changes, scope modifications, or delays to prepare claims or variations for the main contractor.
• Overseeing building work and ensuring the quality of the work.
• Help track and reconcile the labor hours and complete tasks of subcontractors working on specialized.
• Plan the safe lifting and positioning sequence for long-span steel rafters, columns, and overhead cranes.
• Maintain accurate logs of resource usage, material deliveries, and site expenditures to help forecast the final project
cost.
