* Supported the Human Resources Recruitment team by organising candidate profiles for selected interviews with senior managers.

* Helped the payment desk to manage certain finance entries including Standing Orders, Cost Allocations, Depreciation, Projects.
* Liased with suppliers, responded to their queries and ensured their payments were made on time.
* Trained UAE Nationals to perform certain duties on the payment desk as and when required.
* Provided a strong Cost analysis by division and by cost center at transactional level in periodic manner to understand the Pan country results by using the Cost Database.
* Prepared and monitored General Ledger schedules specific to finance.
