• Assist the Country Manager in his daily schedule and duties, to include managing his calendar, commitments.
• Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, processing paperwork.
• Maintain filling System for the Important and Confidential Documents and contracts.
• Handle the Monthly meeting and taking meetings Minutes.
• Handle the annual Company Events owned by the CM.
• Reviewing and approving Purchasing Orders requests.
• Coordinate logistics and prepare meeting materials.
• Coordinate Country manager travel itineraries, flights, hotel accommodation, rental car and other travel need.
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
• Seek, interview, assess, and place contract employees that completely meet the quality of the company's employees.
• Regular follow up with the respective technical interviewers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
• Conduct phone interviews for initial screening and face to face interviews for final selection.
• Handle the recruitment process for external and internal movements and for the internship programs.
• Responsible for finalizing the recruitment plan in tough deadlines.
• Conduct the training calendar (internal and external training) and responsible for the training process from the registrations till surveys results.
• Other HR related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
Coordinating and participating in recruitment process, including screening and selection, appointment process, preparing reports and notifying the candidates with their results in case of Acceptance or rejection.
Support the department implementing training and development programs to ensure optimal company-wide performance.
Organizing, managing, coordinating, and directing the operations and functions of personnel.
Preparing annual appraisal reports of employees.
Identifying, reviewing, and advising on tasks related to recruitment process and employment strategies to meet human resources requirements.
Providing an appropriate solution to employee problems and measuring the employees and labors satisfaction through annual employee satisfaction survey
Plans and assists conducting monthly new hire orientation programs
Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of employment interviews and tests.
Handle Employee health benefits, along with keeping track of vacations and sick days
Responsible for making and updating the organizational charts
Participates in strategic planning and budgeting of activities that meet and support company
Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
Implements and maintains filing system, both paper and computer.
